A Secretária Executiva é responsável por fornecer suporte administrativo e executivo à alta direção da empresa. Atuará como elo de comunicação entre a diretoria e os demais setores, garantindo o bom funcionamento do escritório, a organização de agendas e o fluxo eficiente de informações. Além disso, desempenha um papel estratégico no apoio à tomada de decisões.

Requisito mandatório: É indispensável possuir formação na área de Secretariado (técnico ou superior) e experiência comprovada como Secretária Executiva ou função similar.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Organizar e gerenciar a agenda da alta direção, agendando reuniões, viagens e compromissos importantes
  • Atuar como ponto de contato entre a diretoria e os demais colaboradores, transmitindo informações e orientações
  • Preparar relatórios, apresentações e documentos para reuniões e eventos corporativos
  • Coordenar a logística de eventos e viagens da diretoria, garantindo que tudo esteja devidamente planejado e executado
  • Realizar o atendimento telefônico e recepção de visitantes, mantendo a imagem profissional da empresa
  • Gerenciar a correspondência eletrônica e física da diretoria, priorizando e encaminhando os assuntos pertinentes
  • Auxiliar na organização de arquivos e na gestão de documentos importantes da empresa
  • Participar de reuniões estratégicas, tomando notas e auxiliando na elaboração de planos de ação
  • Colaborar com a equipe administrativa em atividades de suporte, garantindo a eficiência e a organização do escritório
