Funciones

·Guiar y motivar al equipo de atención al cliente, asegurando que mantienen un alto nivel de desempeño y compromiso.

·Monitorizar y evaluar las interacciones con los clientes para garantizar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad, calibrándose con el cliente e identificar áreas de mejora.

·Facilitar la comunicación fluida entre el equipo de atención al cliente.

·Analizar KPI's del servicio y preparar informes, identificando tendencias y proponiendo estrategias para mejorar la eficiencia y la satisfacción del cliente.

·Apoyo al equipo de Calidad y Formación.

·Asignar turnos a los agentes de atención al cliente.

·Control de presencia del equipo.

·Monitorizar llamadas para asegurar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad.

·Detectar áreas de mejora en su equipo basados en los resultados de las evaluaciones de calidad y de los KPI's individuales y grupales.

·Identificar necesidades de formación.

·Colaborar con otros departamentos para solucionar situaciones complejas.

·Mantener una comunicación abierta y efectiva con el equipo y supervisión.

·Transmitir información relevante y actualizaciones de políticas a los agentes.

·Facilitar la colaboración entre el equipo de atención al cliente y otros departamentos.

·Recopilar y analizar datos de rendimiento del equipo.

·Preparar informes periódicos sobre los KPI's del servicio.

·Velar por el cumplimiento de los diferentes sistemas de gestión implantados en la organización, incluyendo su política y el conjunto de requisitos que lo conforman.

Condiciones

Salario: 19.639,58 brutos/ anuales por jornada completa.

Horario: lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00

Tipo de contrato: contrato temporal máximo de 5 meses para cubrir una sustitución de Incapacidad Temporal. En caso de que la persona sustituida se reincorpore antes de dicho plazo, el anexo quedará automáticamente desformalizado.

Modalidad: Presencial.

Ubicación: C//Albasanz.
