Desde Netolympus, empresa perteneciente a Grupo Diusiframi, buscamos incorporar un/a Gestor/a de Prevención de Fraude para nuestro equipo en Barcelona.

Si te apasiona el análisis de datos, tienes capacidad para detectar patrones y te interesa desarrollarte profesionalmente en el ámbito de la prevención del fraude, esta puede ser tu oportunidad.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Analizar alertas de fraude en tiempo real y gestionar los casos según el nivel de riesgo detectado.
  • Revisar transacciones sospechosas y aplicar las reglas de prevención establecidas.
  • Detectar patrones y tendencias de fraude para contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización en las reglas y estrategias de prevención.
  • Elaborar informes, reporting y KPIs del departamento.
  • Colaborar con diferentes áreas para optimizar la detección y mitigación del fraude.
  • Documentar procedimientos y generar reportes sobre tendencias y comportamientos fraudulentos.
  • Participar en la propuesta de mejoras para los sistemas de prevención de fraude de nuestros clientes.

Condiciones

  • Contrato indefinido.
  • Incorporación inmediata.
  • Jornada completa de lunes a viernes.
  • Modelo híbrido con hasta un 60% de teletrabajo.
  • Salario entre 18.000 € y 20.000 € brutos anuales.
  • Formación y desarrollo profesional en un entorno especializado en fraude y medios de pago.
  • Plan de crecimiento orientado al análisis avanzado de datos, SQL y Power BI.

Tu perfil

  • Formación universitaria o Grado Superior.
  • Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año.
  • Nivel muy alto de Excel.
  • Capacidad analítica y orientación al detalle.
  • Proactividad e iniciativa.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
  • Interés por el análisis de datos y la mejora continua.

Valorable

  • Experiencia en prevención del fraude.
  • Conocimientos de actividad bancaria.
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente.
  • Conocimiento de tarjetas Visa, Mastercard y normativa PSD2.
  • Conocimiento de aplicaciones (TF9, HOST).
  • Conocimientos de SQL y Power BI.
