Empresa de tecnologia para o mercado imobiliario está em busca de um profissional para atuar diretamente na experiência dos clientes, garantindo que novos assinantes consigam realizar sua primeira viabilidade com sucesso e tenham suporte ao longo da jornada. A posição combina conhecimento técnico em arquitetura/engenharia, tecnologia, atendimento e Customer Success, além de contribuir diretamente para a evolução do produto.

Principais responsabilidades - Conduzir o onboarding de novos assinantes, realizando calls de boas-vindas e acompanhando a execução de estudos reais de viabilidade. - Acompanhar os clientes durante a primeira semana e realizar checkpoints para garantir a utilização adequada da plataforma. - Prestar suporte aos clientes por WhatsApp, chat da aplicação e calls agendadas. - Identificar e triar demandas relacionadas ao uso da plataforma, erros técnicos e dúvidas sobre viabilidade. - Orientar clientes sobre parâmetros como recuos, coeficiente de aproveitamento, taxa de ocupação, área computável, área equivalente e VGV. - Registrar, organizar e acompanhar dúvidas, dificuldades e pontos de atrito identificados durante os atendimentos. - Escalar bugs e problemas técnicos para o time de produto, descrevendo o problema de forma clara e reproduzível. - Identificar sinais de queda de utilização e possíveis riscos de churn. - Elaborar relatórios com os principais pontos de atrito e sugestões de melhoria para o produto. - Transformar dúvidas recorrentes em conteúdos para a base de conhecimento, incluindo artigos e vídeos curtos. - Contribuir para a melhoria contínua da experiência do cliente e do produto a partir dos feedbacks recebidos.

- Formação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo ou Engenharia Civil. - Conhecimento de estudos de viabilidade de empreendimentos verticais. - Conhecimento de parâmetros como taxa de ocupação, coeficiente de aproveitamento, recuos, área computável e área equivalente. - Capacidade de interpretar Plano Diretor e Código de Obras Municipal e identificar os parâmetros aplicáveis a um terreno. - Conhecimento básico da lógica de VGV e permuta. - Facilidade para aprender novas ferramentas e softwares de forma autônoma. - Boa familiaridade com planilhas e ferramentas digitais. - Familiaridade com Revit, SketchUp, Grasshopper ou softwares similares. - Boa comunicação escrita e oral. - Disponibilidade para atuação remota em jornada de 20 horas semanais.
