Key Responsibilities

As a UX Writer, you’ll shape clear, useful, and engaging product experiences through language. You’ll work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, researchers, engineers, and business teams to make banking simple, intuitive, and enjoyable for our users.

Great Content and User Experience

Create clear, concise, and helpful content that guides users through our digital banking products and makes complex financial concepts easy to understand.

  • Write and improve UX copy across apps, websites, and other digital touchpoints, including navigation, instructions, forms, notifications, error messages, and confirmations.
  • Design content flows that help users understand their options, make informed decisions, and complete tasks with confidence.
  • Establish and maintain content standards, including voice and tone, terminology, grammar, and writing principles, to ensure a consistent experience across products.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers to integrate content into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs from the start of the design process.
  • Identify and solve content-related usability issues, such as confusing instructions, unclear terminology, inconsistent messaging, and unnecessary cognitive load.
  • Develop and improve content patterns and reusable copy components within our design system, ensuring content can scale consistently across products and platforms.
  • Balance user needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints when crafting product content.

Content Strategy and Process

Use user insights, data, and content strategy to ensure product communication meets user needs and supports measurable business outcomes.

  • Identify content-related user problems and determine what research or data is needed to understand them.
  • Work with research, data, and product teams to evaluate user comprehension, test content alternatives, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • Develop content strategies for product features and user journeys, ensuring the right information reaches users at the right time.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Designers, and business teams to define product goals, clarify value propositions, and align content with intended user and business outcomes.
  • Simplify complex financial information, product mechanics, and business requirements into accessible, actionable language.
  • Define and monitor content success metrics, such as task completion, comprehension, error rates, and customer support contacts, where relevant.

What You Need to Have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field for digital products. Fintech or banking experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia language
  • A strong portfolio showcasing content design across digital products, including user flows, interface copy, content strategy, and complex problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to translate user research, business requirements, and product complexity into clear, practical, and user-centered content solutions.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, usability principles, and how content shapes the overall product experience.
  • Experience conducting or contributing to content testing, usability research, and data-informed content improvements.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain content decisions to audiences without prior project context.
  • Experience establishing content guidelines, reusable content patterns, or voice and tone standards across products.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Product Designers, Product Managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
