The posting

Your responsibilities

You'll build the product distribution teams use for more than half of their workday, and own features from first idea to production.

Plato is entering one of the largest untapped markets in B2B software. Our customers are mid-market distributors, and many of them use AI software for the first time with us. Our product pulls data from multiple ERP systems and turns it into workflows their teams rely on every day. You'll join a small, cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists and product managers, and work across frontend, backend and the integrations in between.

In this role you will:

  • Own features end-to-end, from product discussion to deployment and iteration.
  • Build intuitive UX/UI for a data-heavy vertical SaaS product.
  • Design flexible, configurable interfaces that bring together data from multiple ERP systems.
  • Build reusable frontend components in TypeScript and React for complex, data-heavy applications.
  • Architect frontend and backend systems for performance and maintainability.
  • Build high-performance ERP integrations with write-back, for example SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Work closely with data scientists and product managers in a lean, cross-functional team.
  • Talk to customers directly when it helps to validate what you build.

Your qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a fullstack engineer working with TypeScript.
  • Fluent in TypeScript and React.
  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling.
  • You think in systems and write clean, maintainable code.
  • You test what you build and have worked with frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
  • Experience with Terraform is a plus.
  • Based in Berlin and in the office 4 days a week.
