Nosso escritório contábil está em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) Contábil para liderar a equipe e garantir a excelência técnica das rotinas contábeis e fiscais dos nossos clientes. O profissional será referência técnica e responsável pela supervisão dos fechamentos, apurações e obrigações acessórias, com foco em qualidade, prazos e conformidade com a legislação vigente.

Principais responsabilidades

• Coordenar e supervisionar a equipe contábil, distribuindo demandas e assegurando o cumprimento de prazos.

• Supervisionar a execução e conferência de lançamentos contábeis, classificação e integridade dos registros.

• Gerir a criação e manutenção de planos de contas e a configuração de importações (OFX e lançamentos).

• Revisar conciliações de contas de ativo e passivo e análises de receitas e despesas.

• Supervisionar a apuração de IRPJ e CSLL no regime de Lucro Real e a emissão das respectivas guias.

• Garantir a elaboração e transmissão da ECD e ECF anuais, com validação prévia das informações.

• Atuar como interlocutor técnico junto a clientes, sócios e demais áreas do escritório.

• Apoiar a padronização de processos e o desenvolvimento técnico da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis.

• Registro ativo no CRC (obrigatório).

• Experiência consolidada em rotinas contábeis e fiscais, com atuação em empresas de Lucro Real.

• Experiência prévia em coordenação/liderança de equipes contábeis.

• Domínio da legislação tributária aplicável ao Lucro Real (IRPJ e CSLL), CPCs e SPED (ECD e ECF).

• Vivência com fechamento contábil mensal e anual.

• Domínio de sistemas contábeis/ERP e Excel (intermediário/avançado).

• Liderança, organização e visão de processos.

• Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas.

• Boa comunicação e postura de referência técnica.

• Cumprimento de prazos e resiliência em períodos de fechamento.
