Functiedoel

Als Medewerker Accounts Receivable ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de debiteurenadministratie. Je bewaakt openstaande vorderingen, verwerkt betalingen en onderhoudt contact met klanten en interne afdelingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bewaken en opvolgen van openstaande vorderingen.
  • Verwerken en boeken van inkomende betalingen.
  • Verwerken van bankmutaties en uitvoeren van aansluitcontroles.
  • Uploaden en verwerken van facturen uit operationele systemen.
  • Opstellen van rapportages over openstaande posten en betalingsachterstanden.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten en interne afdelingen over betalingsvraagstukken.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een minimale mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau.
  • Een afgeronde opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of Financiële Administratie.
  • Ervaring binnen debiteurenbeheer of een financiële administratie.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Ervaring met financiële systemen en Excel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.

Veiligheidsscreening

  • Voor deze functie is een Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar (VGB) vereist.
  • Om in aanmerking te komen voor een VGB-screening, dien je de afgelopen acht jaar aaneengesloten in Nederland en/of een ander Europees land te hebben gewoond.
  • Een positieve uitkomst van de screening is een voorwaarde voor indiensttreding.
