dnata, onderdeel van de Emirates Group, is een wereldleider in luchtvaartafhandeling met een top vier positie globaal, actief in catering, travel, ground handling en cargo services. Met 46.000 medewerkers op 127 vliegvelden wereldwijd en diensten aan 271 luchtvaartmaatschappijen, zet dnata hoog in op groei, ook binnen Europa. Sinds 2015 versterkt dnata haar aanwezigheid op Schiphol met ruim 1100 medewerkers, en biedt naast traditionele afhandeling, services aan zoals het Schiphol Animal Center en gespecialiseerde koel- en farmaceutische faciliteiten.

Over de functie: Ben jij nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en wil je een cruciale rol spelen in onze logistieke operatie? Als inspecteur ben jij de ogen en oren van onze warehouse-operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke zending gevaarlijke stoffen, farmaceutica of levende dieren veilig, correct en tijdig hun bestemming bereikt. Dit is een unieke kans voor een specialist die houdt van verantwoordelijkheid, veiligheid en precisie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Visueel en administratief controleren van uitgaande zendingen op schade, verpakking, labels en documentatie.
  • Onderscheppen en signaleren van afwijkende zendingen en adviseren over oplossingen.
  • Zorgen dat opslagfaciliteiten correct en veilig worden gebruikt.
  • Communiceren met interne teams, klanten, instanties en luchtvaartmaatschappijen over inspecties en voorschriften.
  • Bijdragen aan verbeteringen in processen en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Administratie en rapportages nauwkeurig bijhouden zodat iedereen beschikt over betrouwbare informatie.
  • Minimaal mbo 3 werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen logistiek, DG/AVI of farmaceutische zendingen.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk). Extra talen zijn een pré.
  • Klantgericht, stressbestendig, zelfstandig, accuraat en flexibel.
  • Minimaal 8 jaar woonachtig in Nederland (VGB-vereiste).

Waar kun je op rekenen?

  • Een minimale bruto maandsalaris vanaf €3.010,- afhankelijk van ervaring, + onregelmatigheidstoeslag volgens dnata CAO.
  • Een contract van 38 uur per week (in wisseldiensten, ochtend, avond, nacht en weekenden).
  • 25 vakantiedagen + 8% vakantiegeld, pensioenregeling, reiskostenvergoeding en gratis gebruik van het busnetwerk rondom Schiphol.
