Werken waar de wereld samenkomt?

Bij dnata – onderdeel van de Emirates Group – draait alles om beweging, mensen en service. Met meer dan 46.000 collega’s op 136 luchthavens wereldwijd en een snelgroeiende operatie op Schiphol (1.300+ collega’s), zijn wij continu in ontwikkeling. En daar kun jij onderdeel van zijn!

Tijdens jouw stage bij de afdeling Passenger Services ben jij hét gezicht van de reis. Je verwelkomt passagiers bij de check-in, helpt hen op weg en zorgt voor een soepele en fijne start van hun reis – van check-in tot boarding. Dit is geen standaard stage. Dit is jouw kans om te werken waar elke dag anders is, waar je mensen van over de hele wereld ontmoet en waar jij écht het verschil maakt. En geloof ons: je komt elke dag thuis met de leukste, spannendste en soms gekste verhalen.

Wij zoeken enthousiaste MBO niveau 4 studenten (laatste jaar) die communicatief vaardig zijn en klaar zijn om praktijkervaring op te doen in een dynamische, internationale omgeving. Je weet onregelmatige werktijden goed te combineren met je privéleven.

Wat ga je doen en leren?

• Start je eerst met een uitgebreide Customer Service Agent training aan onze Training Academy • Verwelkom je reizigers bij de check-in, controleer je reisdocumenten en zorg je voor een soepele start van hun reis • Host je passagiers bij de check-in, ondersteun je bij het incheckproces en beantwoord je vragen • Help je mee bij het boardingproces aan de gate • Werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de luchthaven

Wat zoeken wij?

• Je volgt een MBO niveau 4 opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in luchtvaartdienstverlening • Je bent minimaal 18 jaar oud • Je bent enthousiast, representatief en krijgt energie van het helpen van mensen • Je bent klantgericht en weet hoe je een glimlach maakt, ook op drukke momenten • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (vroeg, laat, weekenden en feestdagen) – jij draait je hand er niet voor om • Je hebt een passie voor de luchtvaart en wilt hierin groeien • Je bent minimaal 8 jaar woonachtig in Nederland (i.v.m. VGB-screening)

• Je kunt Schiphol 24/7 bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.

Vanwege onze wisselende werktijden is het belangrijk dat je ook bij zeer vroege en late diensten zelfstandig op Schiphol kunt komen.

Belangrijk: je hebt geen andere bijbaan op de luchthaven.
