Recruiter | Bouw aan de teams achter Cargo & Passage op Schiphol

Voor onze Cargo- en Passage-operatie op Schiphol zoeken wij een Recruiter die energie krijgt van sourcing, het opbouwen van talentpools en het organiseren van selectie- en recruitmentdagen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de instroom van operationele en ondersteunende medewerkers en werkt nauw samen met hiring managers om vacatures succesvol in te vullen.

Bij dnata, onderdeel van de Emirates Group, zorgen we dagelijks voor hoogwaardige ground handling- en logistieke diensten op luchthavens wereldwijd. Met activiteiten in meer dan 30 landen en duizenden collega’s maken wij elke dag het verschil in de luchtvaartindustrie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Recruiter speel je een belangrijke rol in het aantrekken van nieuwe collega's voor onze Cargo- en Passage-operatie. Je bent actief betrokken bij het volledige recruitmentproces, van sourcing en selectie tot indiensttreding.

Jouw impact:

  • Je beheert meerdere recruitmenttrajecten tegelijkertijd voor uiteenlopende operationele en ondersteunende functies
  • Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken en herkent snel de juiste match
  • Je draagt bij aan onze zichtbaarheid als werkgever via vacatureteksten, social media en andere recruitmentkanalen
  • Je adviseert hiring managers en begeleidt het volledige selectieproces van A tot Z
  • Je signaleert verbeterkansen en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze recruitmentaanpak
  • Je searcht en benadert actief kandidaten via LinkedIn Recruiter en andere recruitmentkanalen

Voor deze functie zoeken we een recruiter die zelfstandig kan werken, initiatief neemt en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende vacatures en stakeholders.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen recruitment, bijvoorbeeld als Corporate Recruiter, Recruiter of Recruitment Consultant
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring met volume recruitment, sourcing en het voeren van selectiegesprekken
  • Creativiteit en ervaring met social media of online recruitmentmarketing
  • Ervaring met tools zoals Recruitee en/of AFAS is een pré
  • Affiniteit met de luchtvaartsector en werken in een operationele omgeving
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift, is een harde vereiste. Je werkt in een internationale omgeving en schakelt dagelijks met kandidaten, stakeholders en collega's in beide talen.
