Role

Als Medical Editor & Content Strategist bist du das redaktionelle Herzstück unseres Medical Teams. Du bist nicht nur Autor:in, sondern Planer:in und Qualitätshüter:in unserer digitalen Fortbildungsinhalte. Du verbindest tiefes medizinisches Fachwissen mit einer modernen Content-Strategie und nutzt modernste KI-Tools, um die Produktion von High-End-Learning-Formaten zu skalieren. In dieser Rolle agierst du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Wissenschaft, Video-Produktion und den führenden medizinischen Expert:innen Deutschlands.

Your tasks

  • Medical Writing & Editing: Du konzipierst und erstellst didaktisch hochwertige E-Learning-Module und reicherst diese mit kreativen, interaktiven Elementen an.
  • Content-Strategie: Du entwickelst neue Konzepte für medizinische Fortbildungen und stellst sicher, dass unser Portfolio fachübergreifend relevant und aktuell bleibt.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du verantwortest die fachliche Kontrolle von Vortragsskripten und -folien und stellst die medizinische Exzellenz unserer Fortbildungs-Produktionen sicher.
  • Projektmanagement & Koordination: Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit und insbesondere die thematische Abstimmung mit hochkarätigen Referent:innen (KOLs) und Sponsoren, von der ersten Themenidee bis zur finalen Umsetzung auf der Plattform.
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Video-Produktionsteam und unserem Operations-Team zusammen, um komplexe medizinische Sachverhalte visuell und didaktisch perfekt aufzubereiten und flüssige Produktionsabläufe sicherzustellen.

Your profile

  • Hintergrund: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizin oder einer Naturwissenschaft (Biologie, Pharmazie etc.).
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Proaktiver und professioneller Kommunikationsstil (mündlich & schriftlich) sowie ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber führenden Mediziner:innen.
  • Startup-Mindset: Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, dynamisch und fühlst dich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld wohl. Erfahrung in Startups ist ein klarer Vorteil.
  • Expertise: Fundierte Erfahrung im wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten, in der medizinischen Lehre oder in der Erstellung didaktischer Module.
  • Schreibtalent & Kreativität: Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Medical Writing und kannst komplexe Themen zielgruppengerecht und präzise aufbereiten - schriftlich und visuell-interaktiv.
  • AI-Native: Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Tools zur Content-Erstellung und Prozessoptimierung.
  • Sprachen: Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und fließendes Englisch sind Voraussetzung. Weitere Fremdsprachen sind ein Plus.
