Wir suchen engagierte Talente für ein ca. 6-monatiges Praktikum im Bereich Project Management und Operations – mit dem klaren Ziel, dich im Anschluss langfristig zu übernehmen.

Your tasks

  • Innovation & Weiterentwicklung: Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und hilfst uns dabei, unsere Operations skalierbar und zukunftsorientiert aufzustellen.
  • Teamwork & Kommunikation: Du arbeitest eng mit den Kolleg:innen aus Marketing, Video, Medizin und Business Development und hältst die Fäden zwischen den Teams zusammen.
  • Prozesse & Tools: Du unterstützt bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit Hilfe von KI-Tools.
  • Plattform & Inhalte: Du verantwortest den Content auf unserer Plattform, sorgst für Aktualität und Qualität und analysierst die Performance unserer Fortbildungen.
  • Zertifizierungen: Du begleitest unsere Fortbildungen durch den gesamten Zertifizierungsprozess, von der Antragstellung bis zur finalen Freigabe.
  • Projekte & Produktionen: Du unterstützt in der Organisation von Partnerprojekten und koordinierst gemeinsam mit dem Team unsere medizinischen Video-Produktionen.

Your profile

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst analytisch und setzt Dinge eigenständig um.
  • Du interessierst dich für Gesundheit, Medizin sowie neue Technologien – insbesondere KI und Automatisierungspotenziale.
  • Du bringst eine hohe digitale Affinität mit und fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit modernen Tools (z. B. Notion, Slack, Google Suite).
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit in einem unterstützenden und hilfsbereiten Umfeld.
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1).
