Wir suchen ein/e engagiert/e Projektmanager/in zur Umsetzung unserer vielfältigen Fortbildungsprojekte.

Your tasks

  • Projektsteuerung: Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Fortbildungsprojekten mit unseren Partnern aus der Industrie.
  • Stakeholder Management: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen, internen Produktionsteams und externen Dienstleistern zur Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Projektdurchführung.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Erstellung, Pflege und Auswertung von Projekt-KPIs zur Messung von Fortschritt, Qualität und Wirkung.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation von Engpässen und Implementierung effizienter Workflows in enger Abstimmung mit dem Operations-Team.
  • Dokumentation: Sicherstellung der vollständigen Projekt- und Qualitätsdokumentation.
  • Erfolgsauswertung: Analyse der Projektergebnisse und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für zukünftige Projekte.

Your profile

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation von einer Top-Uni
  • Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sammeln können, idealerweise in der Pharma-, Healthcare- oder Agenturumgebung.
  • Du bist strukturiert und arbeitest lösungsorientiert mit Fokus auf Qualität und Timing.
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und wendest dein sicheres Know-how in KPI-Analyse, Reporting sowie im Aufgaben- und Projektmanagement mithilfe gängiger Tools (z. B. Excel, Notion, Power BI, Trello o. Ä.) an.
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationsgenie und kannst mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern professionell und souverän umgehen.
  • Du hast Lust auf ständige Weiterentwicklung und siehst die Chance, die Rolle sowie deren genauen Aufgabenbereich aktiv mitzugestalten und auszubauen.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und bist fließend in Englisch.
