Ingeniero/a de Industrialización y Desarrollo de Nuevos Productos (NPI) , para empresa líder del sector de Iluminación Arquitectónica en Valencia.

MISIÓN DEL PUESTO

Asegurar la viabilidad industrial y la transferencia óptima de nuevos productos (luminarias y sistemas de gestión lumínica) desde la fase de diseño (I+D) hasta la producción en serie, garantizando los objetivos de costes, calidad de proceso y Time-to-Market.

RESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES

  1. Codiseño y Factibilidad (DFM/DFA)
  • Evaluar diseños preliminares de I+D para garantizar la fabricabilidad (Design for Manufacturing / Assembly).
  • Analizar tolerancias y viabilidad técnica de componentes mecánicos (inyección, extrusión) y electrónicos (PCBs, drivers).

2. Gestión del Lanzamiento (Flujo NPI)

  • Liderar el cronograma de industrialización y coordinar las fases del paso de diseño a planta.
  • Planificar y supervisar las series de prototipos, preseries y rampas de lanzamiento (Mass Production).

3. Diseño de Procesos y Medios de Producción

  • Definir el layout de las líneas de montaje, equilibrado de puestos y flujos logísticos internos.
  • Conceptualizar, adquirir y validar los utillajes, matrices y equipos de testeo funcional necesarios.
  • Redactar las instrucciones técnicas de trabajo (SOP) y definir los tiempos estándar de fabricación.

4. Calidad de Proceso y Proveedores

  • Liderar la realización de AMFE de proceso para mitigar riesgos de fabricación.
  • Participar en la homologación técnica de proveedores de moldes, matrices y componentes críticos.

Formación Académica

  • Titulación: Ingeniería Industrial, Organización Industrial, Electrónica, Mecánica o titulación técnica afín.

Experiencia Mínima

  • Experiencia: 3 a 5 años en funciones de industrialización, lanzamientos (NPI) o ingeniería de procesos.
  • Sectores preferentes: Iluminación, material eléctrico, fabricación electrónica (EMS) o automoción (Tier 1/Tier 2).

Conocimientos Técnicos Requeridos

  • Software: Diseño CAD (SolidWorks, Catia o Inventor).
  • Metodologías: APQP, PPAP, AMFE y herramientas Lean Manufacturing (5S, VSM, SMED).
  • Idiomas: Inglés fluido (Mínimo B2, uso contractual y técnico con proveedores).

  • Capacidad de interlocución transversal (I+D, Planta, Compras).
