Desde DOSS2 Talent estamos buscando una posición de Técnic@ de logística para una empresa del sector industrial con más de 80 años de experiencia y con una sólida presencia internacional.

Misión:

Coordinar y organizar el flujo y los materiales en las líneas de producción, Coordinar la planificación con los proveedores, y conseguir que los materiales estén disponibles en cada centro de trabajo en el momento de su montaje, de acuerdo con las políticas y objetivos marcados por el jefe de logística y siguiendo las directrices de la compañía, siempre cumpliendo los estándares de calidad y seguridad de la compañía.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar la planificación con los proveedores, informar sobre posibles incidencias en entregas de materiales, asegurar los niveles de stock de seguridad y evitar roturas de stock, evitar falta de materiales en la cadena de montaje, mantener el stock de seguridad y evitar el sobrestock.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida constante con los proveedores, así como con todos los departamentos con implicación en la cadena de suministro (compras, métodos, producción, planificación, posventa y proyectos), para recibir y transmitir la información, e informar sobre el cumplimiento de la cadena de suministro.
  • Conocer y gestionar los avisos de calidad creados para los materiales no conformes según el estándar de calidad, con el fin de minimizar los posibles retrasos debido al material no correcto y evitar que afecte al cliente final.
  • Periódicamente, solventar incidencias en la recepción de materiales, en documentación, embalajes y facturación, con el fin de asegurar el flujo correcto de materiales en la recepción permitiendo la disponibilidad del material para los talleres y/o el cliente.
  • Analizar y actualizar todas las posibles modificaciones de un proyecto, e identificar los errores en las listas de materiales, con el fin de minimizarlos y asegurar el suministro de los materiales adecuados a los talleres y/o clientes.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de materiales críticos y materiales que faltan por proyecto, con el fin de asegurar las necesidades de stock de producción en todo momento y prevenir situaciones de riesgos.
  • Gestionar la distribución de los materiales en los talleres (internos y externos) y/o cliente final, conociendo para ello la situación de los mismos y el tipo de suministro.
  • Formación: Grado en Comercio Internacional, Logística y Transporte, Graduado en ADE o similar.
  • Experiencia: Al menos, 3 años de experiencia en un posición similar. Experiencia en gestión de proveedores, optimización de costes y gestión de la cadena de suministro.
  • Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (mínimo B2).
  • Otros: Experiencia en el manejo de software de gestión de proveedores y conocimientos a nivel de usuario en ERP o SAP. Habilidades blandas necesarias: capacidad de negociación, creación de redes, capacidad analítica, visión periférica de la competencia y el mercado, toma de decisiones.
