Jako M&R Supervisor odpowiadasz za sprawne działanie naszego warsztatu w Warszawie. Kierujesz zespołem mechaników na zmianie dziennej i nocnej i dbasz o to, żeby nasze e-hulajnogi i e-rowery wracały na ulice szybko, bezpiecznie i w najlepszym stanie.

  • Zarządzanie zespołem: kierujesz pracą mechaników na zmianie dziennej i nocnej, motywujesz ich i dbasz o dobrą atmosferę w zespole.
  • Organizacja pracy i grafiki: tworzysz miesięczne harmonogramy pracy, zbierasz dyspozycyjność i zarządzasz urlopami.
  • Planowanie i cele: wyznaczasz dzienne i tygodniowe cele oraz nadajesz priorytety naprawom i przeglądom.
  • Wydajność i jakość: monitorujesz efektywność pracy mechaników i dbasz o najwyższy standard napraw.
  • Onboarding: wdrażasz i szkolisz nowych członków zespołu.
  • Części i narzędzia: kontrolujesz zużycie części zamiennych, prowadzisz inwentaryzację oraz zamawiasz niezbędne narzędzia i komponenty.
  • BHP i procedury (SOP): nadzorujesz przestrzeganie procedur magazynowych i wymogów BHP, prowadzisz audyty i przeglądy warsztatowe.
  • Raportowanie: regularnie raportujesz wyniki i wskaźniki operacyjne do Operations Managera.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masz doświadczenie na stanowisku lidera, brygadzisty lub kierownika w dziale serwisu lub warsztatu.
  • Potrafisz zarządzać zespołem pracującym w systemie zmianowym (zmiana dzienna i nocna).
  • Znasz w praktyce procesy naprawcze i gospodarkę częściami zamiennymi.
  • Dobrze organizujesz swoją pracę i umiesz wyznaczać priorytety pod presją czasu.
  • Znasz standardy BHP i procedury (SOP, audyty, 5S).
  • Sprawnie obsługujesz komputer (Google Workspace, systemy do zarządzania zgłoszeniami lub magazynem).
  • Jesteś nastawiony/a na cel i jakość i lubisz stale ulepszać procesy.
  • Znasz język angielski w stopniu pozwalającym na komunikację operacyjną.
  • Mile widziane: doświadczenie w branży mikromobilności, logistycznej lub motoryzacyjnej.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTT

Warsaw Cluster – M&R Supervisor

Full-time, employment contract, and on-site at our workshop in Warsaw.

As M&R Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of our Warsaw workshop. You’ll lead a team of mechanics across day and night shifts and make sure our e-scooters and e-bikes get back on the streets quickly, safely, and in top condition.

  • Team management: Lead the mechanics on day and night shifts, keep them motivated, and build a positive team atmosphere.
  • Work organization and scheduling: Create monthly work schedules, collect availability, and manage time off.
  • Planning and targets: Set daily and weekly targets and prioritize repairs and inspections.
  • Performance and quality: Monitor the mechanics’ productivity and ensure repairs meet the highest standards.
  • Onboarding: Onboard and train new team members.
  • Parts and tools: Track spare parts usage, run inventory counts, and order the tools and components the team needs.
  • Health & safety and SOPs: Ensure warehouse procedures and health & safety requirements are followed, and carry out workshop audits and inspections.
  • Reporting: Report results and operational KPIs to the Operations Manager on a regular basis.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as a team leader, foreman, or manager in a service or workshop environment.
  • Ability to manage a team working in shifts (day and night).
  • Hands-on knowledge of repair processes and spare parts management.
  • Strong personal organization and the ability to prioritize under time pressure.
  • Knowledge of health & safety standards and procedures (SOPs, audits, 5S).
  • Good computer skills (Google Workspace, ticketing or warehouse management systems).
  • A focus on goals, quality, and continuous process improvement.
  • English good enough for day-to-day operational communication.
  • Nice to have: Experience in micromobility, logistics, or the automotive industry.
