TWOJA ROLA I WPŁYW

  • Dbanie o flotę w terenie: Poruszasz się hulajnogą lub rowerem po centrum [miasta] i okolicach, dbając o to, by nasze pojazdy były ustawione porządnie, w pionie i zgodnie z lokalnymi przepisami parkowania.

YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT

  • Fleet care on the street: Patrol the city centre of [City] and surrounding areas by scooter or bike, making sure our vehicles are parked neatly, upright, and in line with local regulations.
  • Quality control: Verify vehicle condition after checks done by the operations team, so only safe, roadworthy vehicles are on the street.
  • Preventive maintenance: Carry out basic on-the-spot servicing, such as replacing grips and bells or adjusting seat posts. Flag vehicles that need more serious repairs in the app and hand them over to the workshop.
  • Repair report verification: Check vehicles reported for repair and confirm their actual condition, helping our mechanics work faster and more effectively.
  • Brand ambassador: Be a friendly point of contact for residents and riders, answer basic questions about the Dott app, and promote safe riding.
  • Rider support: Help riders who have trouble starting or ending a ride, or who aren’t sure about the parking rules.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • City savvy: You ride an e-scooter or cargo bike safely and confidently in busy urban traffic.
  • Tech-comfortable: You’re confident with smartphones and apps, including our internal task management tools.
  • Hands-on and active: You enjoy physical outdoor work and can safely lift, move, and reposition vehicles in all weather conditions.
  • Mechanically minded: Basic repairs don’t scare you, and you’re keen to learn the rest through training with our mechanics.
  • Independent and reliable: You work carefully and independently, while fitting in well as part of a team.
  • Flexible: You’re available to work different hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Language: Fluent Polish; English is a plus.
