🎯Intégré(e) à une équipe d’une vingtaine de personnes et sous la responsabilité du Manager assistance aux opérations, vous aurez les missions suivantes:

• Etre le point d’entrée des demandes concernant l’exécution des prestations clients ;

• Assurer le respect des SLA prévus aux contrats ;

• Assurer le suivi de la mise en exploitation ainsi que la validation des éléments nécessaires à l’exploitation ;

• Alimenter le reporting des opérations pour les points de rencontres définis avec le client ;

• Réaliser le suivi des indicateurs et du reporting client ;

• S’assurer de la cohérence des données de production transmises ;

• Etre en charge des demandes clients concernant leurs prestations et traitements.

🧩 Vos compétences :

  • Maitrise de la gestion de projet, du suivi client ;
  • Bonne maitrise du Pack Office et notamment Excel ;
  • Connaissances du domaine bancaire serait un plus.

👤 Votre profil :

Issu(e) d’une formation BAC+2 en conseil clientèle, assurances/banques/finance, avec une première expérience sur un poste similaire.
