🎯 En tant qu’Assistant(e) aux opérations, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination et le suivi des prestations clients. Vos missions principales seront :

  • Être le point d’entrée des demandes concernant l’exécution des prestations clients ;
  • Assurer le respect des SLA prévus aux contrats ;
  • Assurer le suivi de la mise en exploitation ainsi que la validation des éléments nécessaires à l’exploitation ;
  • Alimenter le reporting des opérations pour les points de rencontres définis avec le client ;
  • Réaliser le suivi des indicateurs et du reporting client ;
  • S’assurer de la cohérence des données de production transmises ;
  • Être en charge des demandes clients concernant leurs prestations et traitements.

🧩 Vos compétences :

  • Maitrise de la gestion de projet, du suivi client ;
  • Connaissances du domaine bancaire serait un plu ;
  • Maîtrise de la gestion de la relation client.

👤 Votre profil :

Issu(e) d’une formation Bac+2 en conseil clientèle, assurances, banque ou finance, vous justifiez d’une première expérience sur un poste similaire orientée vers la relation client.
