🎯 En tant qu’Intégrateur, vous contribuez au développement, au support et à l’évolution de nos solutions internes. Vos missions principales seront :

  • Analyser les besoins et participer à la conception des solutions avec les équipes SI et métiers ;
  • Paramétrer, adapter et faire évoluer les fonctionnalités selon les exigences opérationnelles ;
  • Gérer les demandes et anomalies afin de garantir la qualité et la continuité de service ;
  • Planifier et réaliser les opérations de maintenance et de mise à jour ;
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des outils et des processus internes.

🧩 Vos compétences :

  • Maîtrise des environnements technologiques liés à la gestion du document et de la data ;
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets Salesforce et la coordination d’équipes techniques et métiers ;
  • Connaissance des méthodologies agiles pour accompagner les évolutions de la solution ;
  • Capacité à gérer les situations sensibles et à prendre des décisions adaptées dans un contexte de transformation.

👤Votre profil :

Issu(e) d’une formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 ou doté(e) d’une solide expérience du métier, avec au moins deux ans d’expérience sur la solution Salesforce (Apex / Visualforce appréciés).

  • Votre capacité à collaborer avec les équipes SI, métier et partenaires techniques ;
  • Votre communication claire et votre aisance à vulgariser des sujets techniques ;
  • Votre sens du service et votre coordination efficace des demandes.
