🎯 En tant que Tech Lead, vous êtes le moteur technique d’une équipe produit qui révolutionne le traitement documentaire en intégrant des technologies IA. Vous intégrez la Squad Extraction Enrichissement et vos missions principales seront :

  • Animer et piloter la roadmap technique en coordination avec le Product Owner ;
  • Accompagner techniquement les développeurs dans leurs développements et leur montée en compétences ;
  • Concevoir, développer, tester et documenter avec de fortes exigences de qualité, performance et disponibilité ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes transverses et piloter les déploiements DevOps sur Docker Swarm et Kubernetes ;
  • Garantir l’observabilité, la sécurité, le maintien en condition opérationnelle des plateformes et contribuer à l’amélioration continue.

🧩 Stack technique :

  • Backend : Java 21, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Kafka, Python, LLM, Sonar ;
  • Stockage : PostgreSQL, S3, MongoDB ;
  • Conteneurisation / Orchestration : Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes ;
  • CI/CD : GitLab CI, Argo CD ;
  • Observabilité : Open Telemetry, ELK ;
  • Méthodologie : Scrum

👤 Votre profil :

Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en développement Java, idéalement dans une architecture orientée événement, ainsi que d’une expérience probante en tant que Lead Technique. Une expérience avec des LLM et/ou en traitement de documents serait un vrai atout.
