Company Description

Deutsche Presse-Agentur (dpa) werd in 1949 opgericht en is één van ’s werelds meest toonaangevende onafhankelijke persbureau’s. Dpa voorziet media, bedrijven en organisaties van een redactioneel aanbod van tekst, foto’s, video’s, graphics, radioverslagen en andere formats. Ongeveer 1000 journalisten werken op 150 locaties in Duitsland en daarbuiten. De berichtgeving van dpa verschijnt in maar liefst zeven talen. De redactie van dpa werkt volgens de principes die zijn vastgelegd in het statuut: onafhankelijk van ideologieën, bedrijven of overheden. Het gespecialiseerde factcheckteam is sinds 2019 een onderdeel van dpa en ontwikkelt zich sindsdien snel. De factcheckredactie van dpa werkt in drie talen (Duits, Frans en Nederlands) en is naast Duitsland ook actief in de Benelux, Oostenrijk en Zwitserland. Voor het Beneluxteam is dpa nu op zoek naar een Nederlandstalige journalist.

  • Verschillende sociale-mediaplatforms monitoren, mis- en desinformatie identificeren
  • Factchecks produceren en zo helpen in het bestrijden van mis- en desinformatie online
  • Onderzoeken van een breed scala aan onderwerpen
  • Toepassen van diverse online onderzoekstechnieken
  • Kennis doorgeven in opleidingen

  • Je hebt een journalistieke opleiding
  • Je hebt passie voor onderzoek
  • Je weet goed je weg te vinden op sociale media
  • Je schrijft nauwkeurig
  • Je hebt een brede interesse
  • Je hebt teamgeest
  • Je bent drie tot vier dagen in de week beschikbaar
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en goede vaardigheden in het Engels zijn een vereiste. Mondelinge vaardigheid in het Frans en/of Duits – of de bereidheid dit bij te spijkeren - is een pre
