Die dpa-infocom steht für Produkte, Projekte und Services an der Schnittstelle zwischen Daten, digitalem Journalismus und Technologie, vom Prototyp bis in den Echtbetrieb. Unser vielseitiges Team aus Redaktion, IT-Entwicklung, Training, Produktmanagement und Support ist seit rund 25 Jahren inhaltlicher und technischer Partner sowohl für temporäre Projekte als auch dauerhafte Produktionen. Als 100-prozentige Tochter der Deutschen Presse-Agentur nutzen wir die Kompetenz der gesamten dpa-Gruppe und sind den journalistischen Werten Unabhängigkeit, Überparteilichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit verpflichtet. Wir recherchieren und verifizieren Daten und Fakten und machen sie multimedial sichtbar, durchsuchbar und vielfältig nutzbar für Partner auf der ganzen Welt.

Für die dpa-infocom suchen wir zum 01. November 2026 einen Projektmanager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Medienkompetenz und Faktencheck in Teilzeit (ca. 30h/Woche), zunächst befristet bis zum 31. Dezember 2027, für unseren Standort in Hamburg oder Berlin.

Der Job + Die Verantwortung

  • Du steuerst nationale und europäische Medienkompetenz-, Trainings- und Faktencheck-Projekte. Dazu gehören Projektplanung, Budget- und Ressourcensteuerung, Reporting sowie die Koordination interner Teams und externer Partner.
  • Du steuerst die Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Bildungs- und Trainingsangeboten. Du wirkst an Schulungs- und Lernmaterialien sowie Trainingsstandards und Guidelines mit und überträgst Faktencheck-Know-how in praxisnahe Bildungsangebote.
  • Du wirkst an der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Trainings mit.

Du + Deine Stärken

  • Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss oder eine einschlägige berufliche Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung von Projekten mit, idealerweise im Bereich Medien, redaktioneller Produkte oder Nachrichtenkompetenz-Vermittlung.
  • Du bist mit redaktionellen Arbeitsweisen und journalistischen Grundsätzen vertraut (u. a. sorgfältige Recherche, Quellenprüfung, Unabhängigkeit, Transparenz und ein offener Umgang mit Fehlern) und verfügst über ausgeprägte Medienkompetenz.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und setzt auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten Prioritäten.
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Förderprojekten und Berichtspflichten.
  • Du gehst lösungsorientiert mit Änderungen, Engpässen und unterschiedlichen Interessen um.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Werkzeugen zur Zusammenarbeit und Projektsteuerung sowie mit verschiedenen Social-Media-Plattformen.
  • Du hast Interesse an KI-Tools und die Bereitschaft, dich ständig weiterzubilden.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und arbeitest sicher mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern zusammen.
