Amsterdam- Heb jij een passie voor loonadministratie en uitgebreide kennis van salarissen, regelgeving en belastingvraagstukken? Wil je jouw expertise inzetten om collega’s te ondersteunen en processen te verbeteren? Dan zoeken wij jou!

Wat ga je doen? Jij bent de spil in het HR Payroll-team, onderdeel van het Service Center HR. Samen met drie andere professionals zorg jij ervoor dat salarismutaties correct verwerkt worden en dat de salarisstroken altijd kloppen voor het personeel van DPG Media.

Je beheert de volledige salarisadministratie en neemt complexe vraagstukken actief op. Je richt nieuwe administraties in en start deze op in AFAS, zorgt voor een vlekkeloze aansluiting met de financiële administratie en het pensioenfonds en signaleert verbeteringen in bestaande processen. Zonder jouw scherpe oog voor wet- en regelgeving en jouw proactieve houding lopen processen vertraging op, en blijft noodzakelijke innovatie uit.

Dit doe je door:

  • Analyses uit te voeren op het gebied van Payroll- en/of HR-inrichting.
  • Proactief mee te denken over de ontwikkeling van (software)oplossingen.
  • Nieuwe wet- en regelgeving en wijzigingen van CAO te implementeren.
  • Continu te werken aan efficiëntie en kwaliteit.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat? Voor deze rol zoeken wij een ervaren salarisadministrateur met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. Jij bent communicatief sterk en oplossingsgericht. Daarnaast bezit jij:

  • Een afgeronde PDL-opleiding en/of VPS.
  • Affiniteit met IT en ervaring met AFAS Software.
  • Grondige kennis van wet- en regelgeving rondom arbeidsvoorwaarden.
  • Het vermogen kansen te zien om zowel klantbeleving als kwaliteit te verbeteren.
