Heb jij ervaring met het behandelen van schades? En kun jij de klant op een snelle en juiste manier door het schadeproces heen begeleiden? Dan is de rol van Schadebehandelaar jouw next step!

Wat ga je doen? Als schadebehandelaar bij Independer behandel je diverse particuliere schadedossiers, zoals auto-, woonhuis-, reis- en aansprakelijkheidsverzekeringen (AVP). Je hebt contact met de klant en beoordeelt de aansprakelijkheid en dekking. Van nieuw binnengekomen meldingen tot het opvragen en achterhalen van extra informatie en een snelle, zorgvuldige afwikkeling van de schade: jij bent van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor dit proces en het contact met jouw klant. Met jouw kennis en ervaring op het gebied van schade kijk je kritisch mee, help je bij het optimaliseren van processen en kun je al snel de verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor een groter aantal dossiers.

Team Samen met vijftien andere collega's vorm je team Schade. Je werkt in een divers en open team waarin iedereen actief meedenkt over het continu optimaliseren van het schade-afhandelingsproces. Jouw mening en input worden daarbij zeer gewaardeerd. Elke week hebben jullie een gezamenlijke teamdag en werken jullie samen op kantoor in Hilversum. Zo kun je elkaar snel helpen en is het natuurlijk ook heel gezellig! Je staat er dus zeker niet alleen voor.

Ontwikkeling Met jouw ervaring in schade is de kans groot dat je al één of meerdere Wft's op zak hebt. Is dit nog niet het geval? Dan ben je bij Independer aan het juiste adres om deze alsnog te halen. Op deze manier kun je nog meer uit je rol als schadebehandelaar halen en de klanten echt adviseren. Via de opleidingsmogelijkheden binnen Independer kun je deze Wft’s kosteloos halen en hier in je eerste jaar mee aan de slag. Daarnaast zijn er binnen schadebehandeling volop mogelijkheden om je verder te specialiseren met erkende branchediploma’s. Ook hierin ondersteunt Independer je volledig.

Wat wij vragen

  • Minimaal een mbo-4 diploma;
  • Ervaring met het behandelen van schades;
  • Specifieke ervaring met het behandelen van autoschades is een pré;
  • Je bent klantgerichtheid en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je denkt actief mee, hebt een positieve instelling en benadert uitdagingen oplossingsgericht;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en zorgvuldig; dit zie je terug in jouw dossiers;
  • Heb je al een Wft- of branchediploma op zak? Dan is dat een pluspunt.
