1. 参与Hermite®药物计算设计平台和其他量子化学计算、分子动力学模拟、机器学习和深度学习等算法的研发和优化； 2. 通过先进的AI技术，为药物研发领域中包括靶点发现、虚拟筛选、自由能计算、分子理性设计和优化等重点问题提供高效、准确、可靠的解决方案；

1. 相关理工科专业本科及以上学历毕业，包含但不限于应用数学、计算机、人工智能、物理、计算化学、材料化学、生命科学等； 2. 熟悉量子化学计算、分子动力学模拟、自由能计算、分子对接计算等方向中至少一个方法的原理和相关工具的使用。了解机器学习、深度学习的基本概念； 3. 掌握Python/C++等至少一门编程语言和linux命令行操作； 4. 具有良好的英文文献阅读能力；具有较强的责任意识和交付意识；具有良好的交流协作能力；对研究前沿问题具有热情，渴望探索与做出突破； 5. 熟悉CADD相关工具，使用过Schrodinger, MOE, Discovery Studio等软件，RDkit, Openbabel等开源工具者优先。
