1.教育背景与经验： 药物化学、有机化学、制药工程等相关专业博士学历，具备3年及以上工业界新药研发工作经验。 2.核心专业技能： 具有系统化的小分子新药研发经验，有成功将项目推进至PCC阶段的实战履历。具备扎实的靶点调研、实验方案设计及分子设计能力。 3.跨学科理解力： 熟悉分子水平、细胞水平等体内外药理学、DMPK测试方法及评价逻辑，能够与生物学/药理学等上下游团队进行深度的技术沟通。 4.语言能力： 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练使用英语进行专业文献阅读、项目汇报及跨国会议讨论。 5.综合素质： 责任心强，具备出色的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神；自驱力强，心态开放，具备较强的学习能力，乐于拥抱新技术并勇于应对研发挑战。 【加分项】 1.IND/CMC经验： 曾作为核心骨干或Leader主导项目成功推进至IND阶段，熟悉新药CMC开发流程。 2.项目与CRO管理： 具备独立领导完整新药项目的经验，且拥有丰富的外部CRO资源对接、管理经验。 3.计算化学应用： 了解CADD或AIDD工具的应用，或拥有与计算化学团队协同经验。
