【职位概述】 本职位隶属于药物发现团队，全面负责或深度参与新药研发从早期立项到IND申报的全流程生物学工作。该岗位旨在通过制定生物学策略、设计创新性实验，为临床前候选化合物（PCC）的推进及新药研发提供关键的科学依据与高质量数据支持。 【主要职责】 1. 项目策略与推进： 主导或核心参与新药项目，负责靶点立项、生物学研究策略制定与执行，推动项目从早期探索至PCC并支持IND申报。 2. 实验设计与验证： 设计、开发并优化体外细胞/生化模型及体内疾病动物模型，用于候选药物的机制研究、药效评估及特异性验证，确保高质量数据产出。 3. 跨部门协作： 与化学、AI团队及CRO紧密合作，整合多学科数据，指导化合物筛选与优化，加速项目进展。 4. 成果汇报： 深入分析实验结果，撰写高质量研究报告及专利/IND申报相关生物学部分；在内外部会议上进行清晰、有效的沟通与汇报。

1. 教育背景与经验： 博士学位（肿瘤学、免疫学、细胞生物学、分子生物学、药理学或相关专业），5年以上工业界药物发现经验，具备将项目从靶点验证成功推进至PCC并支持IND的实战经验。 2. 专业技能： 精通各类生物学实验的设计、开发、验证与执行（包括体外细胞、生化实验及体内动物模型）；对自身免疫、肿瘤、CNS或代谢疾病领域有深刻理解，能独立评估并推荐创新靶点。 3. 综合素质： 优秀的中英文沟通、协作及领导力；具备严谨的数据分析能力与批判性思维；适应AI及跨学科团队的快速发展与协作环境。 【加分项】 1. 曾作为项目负责人（Lead Biologist）成功推动项目至IND申报。 2. 有GCP/GLP环境下工作经验或参与过IND申报资料撰写。
