Du bist pädagogische Fach- oder Ergänzungskraft, magst Abwechslung und fühlst Dich in unterschiedlichen Teams wohl? Du arbeitest gerne mit Kindern verschiedener Altersgruppen und kannst Dich schnell auf neue Situationen einstellen? Dann könnte unsere Stelle als Springerkraft in unseren fünf Kindertageseinrichtungen der DRK Soziale Dienste und Einrichtungen Gütersloh gGmbH genau das Richtige für Dich sein. Unsere fünf Kitas befinden sich in Versmold, Borgholzhausen, Steinhagen und Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock. Als Springerkraft unterstützt Du unsere Teams dort, wo Du gerade gebraucht wirst, zum Beispiel bei längerfristigen Personalausfällen oder personellen Engpässen. Dabei wirst Du sowohl im U3- als auch im Ü3-Bereich eingesetzt und lernst unterschiedliche Einrichtungen, Teams, Kinder und pädagogische Schwerpunkte kennen.

Dein Profil

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als pädagogische Fachkraft oder Ergänzungskraft
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern im U3- und Ü3-Bereich
  • Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, an unterschiedlichen Standorten eingesetzt zu werden
  • die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell auf neue Gruppen, Kinder und Teams einzustellen
  • Teamgeist, Offenheit und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Interesse an der Reggio-Pädagogik, an der sich unsere pädagogische Arbeit orientiert
  • Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes
  • Führerschein und einen eigenen Pkw, um unsere unterschiedlichen Kita-Standorte flexibel erreichen zu können
