O desafio da posição

Buscamos um(a) Chefe de Bar para liderar a operação do bar, garantindo excelência técnica, organização e uma experiência memorável para os clientes.

Além da execução dos drinks, essa liderança será responsável pela organização do setor, controle de insumos, treinamento da equipe e manutenção dos padrões de qualidade.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Produzir drinks clássicos, autorais, cafés e demais bebidas;
  • Garantir padronização e qualidade das bebidas;
  • Organizar o funcionamento do bar;
  • Controlar estoque e compras do setor;
  • Supervisionar armazenamento e conservação dos produtos;
  • Apoiar o atendimento do salão;
  • Treinar novos colaboradores;
  • Controlar desperdícios e custos;
  • Garantir limpeza e organização do ambiente.

Requisitos

  • Experiência como Bartender ou Chefe de Bar;
  • Conhecimento em mixologia e coquetelaria;
  • Domínio sobre destilados, cervejas e vinhos;
  • Organização;
  • Boa comunicação;
  • Disponibilidade para escala 6x1.

Jornada

Remuneração

Remuneração média aproximada de R$ 6.300,00.

Salário base: R$ 2.300,00

Comissionamento e horas extras médios: R$ 4.000,00
