Local de trabalho: Novo Campeche, Florianópolis - SC

O novo Gerente terá as seguintes atribuições, mas não somente:

  • atendimento ao público e gestão da equipe
  • realização de check lists de abertura e fechamento
  • manter a equipe motivada e treinada
  • atuar na parte administrativa em conjunto com os sócios
  • diagnosticar e controlar os trabalhos dos colaboradores
  • satisfação do cliente na casa
  • reuniões semanais de feedback com os colaboradores
  • supervisionar a qualidade dos produtos e do atendimento
  • reuniões de briefing pré-operação
  • abertura e/ou fechamento da casa
  • controle de estoques
  • compras
  • auxílio na gestão financeira e de custos, junto aos sócios

Para essa vaga estamos buscando pessoa com as seguintes características

  • experiente em gestão operacional de operações de bebidas e loja premium
  • experiente com eventos e música ao vivo e DJs
  • educada e com comunicação assertiva
  • com perfil agregador e que saiba fazer cobranças quando necessário
  • que goste da gestão de pessoas e que se dê bem planilhas e números
  • proativa, organizada e que goste de trabalhar em equipe
  • que goste de trabalhar com metas e queira crescer com a empresa
  • auxilie no aumento do ticket médio
  • que more preferencialmente próximo aos local de trabalho ou com facilidade de deslocamento
  • se comunicar na língua inglesa é um diferencial

Para essa vaga a contratação é PJ, conforme abaixo:

Fixo de R$ 4.000,00 + premiação por indicadores + comissão sobre vendas + R$ 300,00 auxilio transporte.

COMISSÕES – sistema de pontuação

A comissão é baseada no atingimento da meta mensal, que é dividida em faixas. Cada faixa atingida gera uma pontuação, que depois é convertida no valor de comissão.

• de 90% a 99,9% da meta → 0,5% de comissão

• de 100% a 109,99% → 1% de comissão

• de 110% a 119,99% → 1,25% de comissão

• acima de 120% → 1,5% de comissão

O local funcionará de segunda a segunda, das 12h a 00h

Escala de trabalho 6 x 1.
