The posting

Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos équipes, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Process disposant d'une expérience en environnement industriel et d'une orientation qualité. Vous contribuerez à l'optimisation des procédés de fabrication tout en garantissant le respect des standards qualité et des exigences de certification.

Missions

  • Optimiser et améliorer les processus de production.
  • Analyser les performances et piloter les actions d'amélioration continue.
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs qualité et process.
  • Participer à la gestion du système qualité et à la mise à jour de la documentation.
  • Contribuer à la préparation et au suivi des audits internes, clients et de certification.
  • Veiller au respect des exigences des normes et certifications applicables (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
  • Traiter les non-conformités et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur en Génie Industriel, Process, Qualité ou équivalent.
  • Expérience de 2 ans minimum en qualité dans un environnement industriel.
  • Bonne connaissance des outils qualité (5 Why, Ishikawa, AMDEC, 8D).
  • Maîtrise des référentiels ISO et forte culture d'amélioration continue.
  • Rigueur, esprit d'analyse et sens du terrain.
