¡Estamos buscando un Drafting Supervisor!

En DuckWorks buscamos un profesional que lidere equipos, fortalezca las relaciones con nuestros clientes y asegure entregas de alta calidad. Serás responsable del desempeño de una cartera de cuentas, trabajando junto a nuestros Team Leaders para cumplir los objetivos de calidad, tiempos y servicio.

📍 Santa Cruz de la Sierra | Presencial

¿Qué harás?

  • Gestionar la relación operativa con clientes, dando seguimiento a sus necesidades, expectativas y satisfacción.
  • Supervisar el desempeño de las cuentas, monitoreando calidad, entregas, productividad y presupuesto.
  • Coordinar prioridades, cargas de trabajo y recursos junto a los Team Leaders.
  • Liderar y desarrollar a los Team Leaders mediante objetivos claros, acompañamiento y feedback.
  • Anticipar riesgos, resolver desafíos operativos e impulsar mejoras en los procesos.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación en Arquitectura, Ingeniería, Diseño Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en supervisión de proyectos, gestión de cuentas u operaciones de servicio con atención directa a clientes.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos, gestionando entregas y resolviendo situaciones con clientes.
  • Inglés avanzado, nivel C1 o superior.
  • Conocimientos de architectural millwork, procesos de drafting, AutoCAD y Bluebeam.
  • Manejo de hojas de cálculo, reportes e indicadores de desempeño.
  • Capacidad de organización, análisis y toma de decisiones, con enfoque en resultados y servicio al cliente.
