Over The Floral Connection

Wekelijks zorgen wij ervoor dat miljoenen bloemen en planten hun weg vinden naar (food)retailers in meer dan 20 Europese landen. Dat doen we met zo’n 175 collega’s vanuit het hart van de bloemenwereld: Aalsmeer en De Kwakel. The Floral Connection is onderdeel van Dutch Flower Group. Onze missie? Together we grow your flower business in a sustainable way. Je werkt bij ons in een informele, ondernemende omgeving waar samenwerken, verbeteren en plezier maken hand in hand gaan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Commercial Assistant maak je deel uit van het Sales team en werk je nauw samen met de Key Accountmanagers binnen jouw accountteam, onder leiding van de Accountlead. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen Sales, Planning en Productie en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief en commercieel soepel verloopt.

In jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden houd je je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het administratief verwerken van nieuwe producten in het ERP-systeem
  • Ondersteunen van het orderproces: van offerte tot levering
  • Het afhandelen van claims in samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen
  • Het voorbereiden van offertes
  • Het aanvragen en verzendklaar maken van samples (met name bloemen)
  • Het correct verwerken van productspecificaties

Dankzij jouw oog voor detail klopt de invoer tot in de puntjes. Dat is essentieel voor een soepel productieproces en een optimale dienstverlening richting de klant.

Wie ben jij?

Je leert graag nieuwe dingen en schakelt snel. Je ziet verbanden tussen oorzaak en gevolg en werkt accuraat en gestructureerd. Je bent klant- en servicegericht en pas echt tevreden als de klant dat ook is. Je beschikt over commercieel gevoel, raakt niet snel van slag en durft collega’s om hulp te vragen als je ergens niet uitkomt.

Verder herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau met een commerciële achtergrond
  • Affiniteit met administratieve werkzaamheden
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en klantgericht
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (Duits is een pré)
  • Bloemen- en/of plantenkennis is niet noodzakelijk, wel mooi meegenomen

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris tussen € 3.100, - en € 3.600, - bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring
  • 25 vakantiedagen op basis van 40 uur per week

  • Volop ruimte voor opleiding en ontwikkeling, met doorgroeimogelijkheden naar Senior Commercial Assistant
