Bij Waterdrinker zoeken we een ambitieuze (Junior) Accountmanager die zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen een internationale handelsomgeving. Iemand die al een basis heeft gelegd, graag leert van ervaren collega's en uiteindelijk wil doorgroeien naar een zelfstandige Accountmanager.

Jouw uitdaging:

Je komt terecht in een ervaren salesteam waar je stap voor stap wordt meegenomen in onze klanten, markten en handelsprocessen. Je beheert bestaande klantrelaties, ondersteunt bij commerciële trajecten en leert hoe je kansen in de markt vertaalt naar resultaat.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties;
  • Het signaleren van commerciële kansen en marktontwikkelingen;
  • Het analyseren van klant- en verkoopdata;
  • Het adviseren van klanten en bijdragen aan hun groei;
  • Het ondersteunen bij onderhandelingen en commerciële trajecten;
  • Het bezoeken van klanten en internationale beurzen.

Je werkt voornamelijk voor klanten in Midden-Europa en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen een internationale omgeving.

Hier herken jij jezelf in:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting;
  • Je hebt ongeveer 1 tot 3 jaar commerciële werkervaring;
  • Ervaring binnen de bloemen-, planten-sector is een sterke pré;
  • Je bent commercieel gedreven en denkt in kansen;
  • Je beschikt over een goed cijfermatig inzicht;
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende type klanten;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels;
  • Je bent ambitieus en wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen.

Dit krijg je van ons

  • Een salaris tussen € 3.300 en € 4.600 bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring.
  • Een duidelijke groeiroute naar Accountmanager, waarbij je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over klanten en omzet.
  • Werken in een internationale omgeving met klanten door heel Europa.
  • Intensieve begeleiding van ervaren collega's die hun kennis graag met je delen
