Atividades do cargo:

  • Planejamento Financeiro: Elaborar e manter modelos financeiros consistentes e acurados para previsões, orçamentos e análises de variação:
  • Orçamento e Forecast: Apoiar e conduzir processos de planejamento e previsões financeiros junto aos times de negócio, assegurando conexão com os inputs das áreas de Vendas, Operações e Marketing e integrando as estratégias de negócio às projeções financeiras.
  • Relatórios: prover relatórios financeiros regulares e ad-hoc que forneçam insights sobre o desempenho financeiro e operacional do negócio.
  • Análises: Construir relatórios e apresentações gerenciais comparativas entre resultados realizados vs. projetados, bem como análise de retorno em projetos de investimento, que suportem a gestão e diretoria no entendimento do negócio e na tomada de decisão;
  • Fechamento: participar do fechamento mensal, provendo provisões e reclassificações à contabilidade e análises da performance do negócio. Conduzir iniciativas para simplificar e automatizar processos que tragam melhorias para o fechamento.
  • Suporte à decisão: desenvolver e manter KPIs integrados ao P&L sobre a performance do negócio, provendo insights relevantes.

Requisitos necessários para inscrição:

  • Graduação completa em: Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou Engenharia;
  • Especialização: Pós-graduação em Finanças (desejável);
  • Conhecimentos de informática: Excel Avançado (avançado obrigatório) e Power Point. Desejável conhecimento de linguagens de programação;
  • Idiomas: Inglês intermediário.

  • Regime: Híbrido – 2 dias de home-office;
  • Escala: Segunda à sexta – 44h semanais.
