Atividades do cargo:

  • Operar a empilhadeira de forma eficiente para realizar o descarregamento de produtos em geral e a movimentação de pallets, incluindo alocações em estruturas verticais (nível aéreo).
  • Garantir que o empilhamento e a armazenagem respeitem rigorosamente o layout e o mapeamento do armazém (como a correta separação por sabores/categorias).
  • Monitorar ativamente o ambiente de armazenagem e verificar de forma constante a necessidade de ressuprimento no estoque, garantindo o abastecimento contínuo e ágil da zona de picking de separação para não interromper o fluxo logístico.
  • Assegurar a correta rotatividade dos itens armazenados através da rigorosa aplicação do método FEFO (First Expire, First Out), organizando os estoques com base nas datas de fabricação. Prestar apoio operacional ativo na conferência, contagem e execução de inventários cíclicos e gerais, conforme a demanda da área.
  • Garantir a rastreabilidade física do estoque através do preenchimento correto e detalhado das folhas de armazenamento de pallets.
  • Registrar com precisão a movimentação e alocação tanto de matérias-primas quanto de produtos acabados, seguindo estritamente as instruções e processos da empresa.
  • Zelar pela integridade e conservação da empilhadeira, garantindo o seu bom uso por meio de uma operação segura e preventiva.
  • Cumprir rigorosamente as normas de segurança e participar de forma ativa dos treinamentos de reciclagem operacional conduzidos pelo Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho.

Requisitos necessários para inscrição:

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Curso de Operador(a) de Empilhadeira concluído (com certificado e/ou reciclagem atualizados).
  • Experiência anterior operando a empilhadeira elétrica/retrátil.
  • CNH B.

  • Local: Jundiaí/SP (2026) e Vinhedo/SP (2027);
  • Regime: Presencial;
  • Escala: Segunda à sexta, com vagas disponíveis para 1º e 2º turnos
