Atividades do cargo:

  • Inspeções de Segurança: Realizar inspeções nos ambientes e postos de trabalho, identificando condições inseguras, comportamentos de risco e oportunidades de melhoria, registrando as ocorrências e encaminhando as necessidades de correção;
  • Gestão de EPIs e EPCs: Apoiar o controle técnico, a entrega, a substituição e a fiscalização do uso correto dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual e Coletiva, mantendo os registros atualizados;
  • Gestão de Riscos e PGR: Participar dos levantamentos de perigos e riscos ocupacionais, coletar informações em campo e apoiar a atualização dos controles e planos de ação relacionados ao PGR;
  • Atividades Críticas e Permissões de Trabalho: Apoiar a elaboração de Análises Preliminares de Risco e acompanhar as Permissões de Trabalho, verificando em campo o atendimento às medidas de controle estabelecidas;
  • Investigação de Ocorrências: Participar das investigações de acidentes, incidentes e quase-acidentes, coletando informações, registros, evidências e relatos para auxiliar na identificação das causas e definição das ações preventivas;
  • Treinamentos e Orientações: Apoiar e ministrar integrações, Diálogos Diários de Segurança, campanhas e orientações básicas, conforme sua capacitação e os procedimentos definidos pela organização;
  • Apoio à CIPA e Emergências: Apoiar as reuniões, inspeções e ações da CIPA, SIPAT e Brigada de Emergência, contribuindo para a organização dos registros e acompanhamento das ações preventivas;
  • Controles e Indicadores: Atualizar planilhas, sistemas, documentos e indicadores de Segurança do Trabalho, monitorando prazos e apoiando o acompanhamento dos planos de ação da área.

Requisitos necessários para inscrição:

  • Formação: Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho completo, com registro profissional ativo;
  • Experiênciade na área de Segurança do Trabalho;
  • Desejável vivência em ambientes industriais ou operações;
  • Ferramentas: Pacote Office intermediário, bom conhecimento em Power BI e familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de SST, controles de inspeções, elaboração de relatórios e acompanhamento de indicadores;
  • Competências Técnicas: Conhecimento das principais Normas Regulamentadoras, inspeções de segurança, gestão de EPIs e EPCs, identificação de riscos ocupacionais e acompanhamento de planos de ação;
  • Competências Comportamentais: Organização, atenção aos detalhes, proatividade, boa comunicação verbal e escrita, facilidade para trabalhar em equipe, postura ética, interesse pelo aprendizado e respeito às normas e procedimentos de segurança.
