1、统招本科及以上学历，5年以上HRBP经验，具备支持研发/技术团队的成功经验（机器人/AI/硬件领域经验优先）； 2、对机器人/前沿科技领域怀有热情与好奇心，愿意理解工程师思维； 亲和力强，善于与技术人员建立深度信任关系； 3、优秀的沟通能力，敏锐感知团队氛围变化，具备同理心，能及时介入关怀与协调； 4、擅长策划组织非形式化、受技术团队欢迎的团建活动； 5、拥抱初创公司变化，积极进取，结果导向。
