1、负责机器人硬件项目的全生命周期管理，涵盖需求分析、方案设计、样机试制、测试验证及量产导入，确保项目按进度、成本、质量目标交付； 2、统筹协调嵌入式软件、硬件、线束及电池等跨专业团队，推动各模块协同开发与系统集成，确保整机硬件系统的一致性与可靠性； 3、负责项目计划的制定与跟踪，识别关键路径与依赖关系，及时预警并推动解决进度、资源及技术风险； 4、对接供应商及外部合作方，跟进关键物料的选型、打样、验证及量产交付，确保供应链稳定； 5、组织项目各阶段评审，跟踪问题闭环，定期向管理层汇报项目状态并推动关键决策； 6、建立并优化硬件项目管理流程与规范，沉淀项目文档与经验资产。

1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、自动化、机械电子、车辆工程等相关专业； 2、5年以上硬件项目管理经验，具备机器人、智能硬件或汽车电子行业背景者优先； 3、具备嵌入式软件、硬件、线束及电池等模块的综合技术理解，能够与各专业团队高效沟通并判断技术方案可行性； 4、熟悉硬件产品开发流程，了解DFM、测试验证及量产导入等关键环节； 5、精通项目管理方法论，具备PMP或同类项目管理认证者优先； 6、出色的跨部门沟通协调能力与风险管控意识，能独立推动复杂硬件项目落地； 7、自驱力强，结果导向，能适应快节奏的研发环境。
