1、参与产品总体方案与系统架构设计，主导制定系统级技术规范、接口标准与集成测试策略。 2、定义并分解跨领域（机械、嵌入式、软件、运控）的系统级需求，确保其在各子系统的设计中得到落实。 3、主导复杂问题诊断与系统级调试，分析根因，定位问题所属领域（硬件、底层驱动、中间件、控制算法或应用层），并推动制定解决方案。 4、主持关键设计评审，从系统集成、可靠性及可量产性角度提出决策建议。 5、建立预防性设计规范与测试用例，将问题经验反哺至架构设计，形成“设计-验证-改进”的闭环。

1、机器人学、机械工程、车辆工程、电子工程、自动化或相关专业硕士及以上学历，具备复杂机电一体化产品从0到1至量产的全流程开发经验。 2、具备独立进行系统架构设计或深度参与架构评审的能力，精通系统建模、接口定义、可靠性设计及实时系统原理。 3、熟悉嵌入式系统开发流程，具备扎实的硬件（如MCU/SoC、传感器、电机驱动、通信总线）和底层软件（如RTOS、BSP、固件）调试能力。 4、具备极强的自我驱动能力和强烈的Owner意识，能够主动推动项目落地。
