The Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading client software implementations and data migrations, ensuring a seamless transition to the organization's solutions while delivering a high-quality client experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact throughout implementation projects, managing migration activities, project timelines, client communications, testing, and go-live support. The position plays a critical role in driving successful project outcomes, client satisfaction, product adoption, and overall business growth through effective implementation and migration management. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end software migration projects for Unity Entity Management, Unity Accounting, and related software solutions. Analyze, map, reconcile, convert, and import client financial and non-financial data from legacy systems. Assess client migration requirements and provide guidance on implementation and operational processes. Conduct data validation, integrity testing, and functional testing to ensure successful migrations. Manage client migration activities, including trial migrations, issue resolution, and final launch execution. Lead implementation projects and manage relationships with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders. Create, maintain, and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Track and communicate project progress using tools such as Monday.com, Zendesk, and other project management platforms. Facilitate client meetings, provide project updates, and oversee regular project status discussions. Coordinate multiple projects, priorities, calendars, and deadlines simultaneously. Ensure accurate completion of project documentation, reporting, and administrative requirements. Configure software solutions based on client requirements and business needs. Provide post-migration and post-launch support to clients, ensuring a successful go-live experience. Transition clients to the support team following implementation completion. Gather and document client feedback and share insights with Product Management teams. Act as a subject matter expert on products and provide guidance to internal teams when required. Support the execution of departmental objectives and company strategies. Identify opportunities to improve implementation methodologies, tools, and processes. Assist with departmental reporting, administration, and operational initiatives
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
4-5 years of experience supporting software implementations, migrations, or implementation consulting projects. 1-2 years of project management experience, including managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Experience with or strong understanding of data migration processes, data mapping, reconciliation, and validation. Knowledge of software functionality within implementation and migration environments. Experience with project management and customer support platforms such as Monday.com and Zendesk is considered an asset. Experience or understanding of Corporate Law is considered an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email correspondence and meeting facilitation. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve implementation issues. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to quickly learn new technologies and processes. Collaborative team player with a strong customer service and client-focused mindset. Experience managing project documentation, calendars, and administrative activities. Ability to work independently while executing delegated tasks and project responsibilities. University degree, college diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
