Bij Dyflexis helpen we wereldwijd miljoenen medewerkers met onze workforce management software. Van de bakker om de hoek tot internationale hotel- en retailketens. De software is krachtig, de vragen van klanten zijn divers, en geen dag is hetzelfde. Je leert het product door en door kennen en draagt bij aan iets dat in meer dan 20 landen hard groeit.

Dat doen we door snel te werken, met korte lijntjes, zonder onnodige vergaderingen en zonder politiek. Ownership, heldere communicatie en samen dingen voor elkaar krijgen, daar draait het bij ons om. We leren al doende en blijven continu verbeteren in hoe we onze klanten helpen. In deze rol betekent dat vooral: jij bent de eigenaar van onze cijfers. Je houdt de administratie van een snelgroeiend SaaS-bedrijf strak en betrouwbaar, en je maakt het proces elke maand een stukje slimmer.

Dit ga je doen Als Senior Finance Administrator run je de volledige financiële administratie, van factuur tot jaarrekening. Je sluit zelfstandig de maand, het kwartaal en het jaar af. Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Customer Success en het management team, vertaalt financiële vraagstukken naar heldere afspraken en kijkt steeds waar handwerk eruit kan.

  • Je voert de volledige financiële administratie en verzorgt zelfstandig de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting, inclusief reconciliaties, accruals en overlopende posten.
  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor facturatie en debiteurenbeheer, verwerkt abonnementsomzet (deferred revenue) correct en levert input voor rapportages en SaaS-KPI’s zoals MRR, ARR en DSO.
  • Je verzorgt de btw-aangiftes (inclusief ICP), bewaakt de fiscale compliance en bereidt de jaarrekening voor.
  • Je verbetert en automatiseert processen tussen Dyflexis, Salesforce en Twinfield, zodat onze data altijd betrouwbaar, volledig en snel beschikbaar is.
  • Je bewaakt interne controles zoals autorisaties, het vier-ogenprincipe en betaalrondes, en signaleert risico’s voordat ze een probleem worden.

Dit heb je nodig

  • 5+ jaar ervaring in een financiële functie binnen een SaaS omgeving (bijvoorbeeld Accountancy of Finance & Control).
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met zelfstandige maand- en jaarafsluitingen, goede kennis van btw-wetgeving.
  • Sterk in Excel en snel thuis in meerdere systemen. Ervaring met Twinfield is een plus.
  • Je zet AI al slim in je werk in, van het verwerken van facturen tot reconciliaties en rapportages. Handmatig werk dat geautomatiseerd kan worden, laat jij niet liggen.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en stressbestendig rond deadlines. Knelpunten los je structureel op, niet met een pleister.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (C1), Duits is een sterke pre.
