MES/MOM (Manufacturing Execution Systems/Manufacturing Operations Management) : Supervision en temps réel des opérations industrielles. Planification et Ordonnancement : Gestion proactive des ressources et des plannings. Connectivité industrielle : Intégration des machines et des systèmes pour une communication fluide. Gestion des données : Analyse et utilisation des données pour améliorer les performances. Nous intervenons à chaque étape du projet, de l'intégration à la maintenance. Notre approche, axée sur les résultats, garantit des performances industrielles optimales. CONTEXTE Nous recherchons un profil Chef de projet fonctionnel - déploiement (H/F) pour intégrer un projet stratégique de l'un de nos clients grand compte industriel. L'objectif sera 'accompagner le déploiement du MES sur plusieurs sites de production en France et à l'étranger. MISSIONS PRINCIPALES : Gestion de projet Coordonner les acteurs locaux pour assurer le déploiement du logiciel sur les lignes de production. Animer les équipes projets locales (IT infrastructure, IT connexions machines, IT Apriso, key users métiers). Planifier et suivre les actions : tests, formations, configurations, validations. Garantir le respect des procédures et la bonne application des livrables. 2. Accompagnement fonctionnel Soutenir les key users dans la réalisation de leurs tests. Contribuer aux actions de formation et d’accompagnement au changement. Documenter et partager les bonnes pratiques avec les équipes locales. 3. Support technique et coordination Analyser et qualifier les incidents (bugs, problèmes de configuration, incompréhensions fonctionnelles). Coordonner les actions correctives avec les équipes techniques. Assurer un rôle de relais entre les équipes IT, métiers et les partenaires. Des déplacements en France et à l'étranger sont à prévoir à fréquence ponctuelle en fonction des phases projets. Profil Profil recherché : Formation : Bac+5 en Informatique, Génie industriel, Gestion de projet ou équivalent. Expérience : Minimum 3 ans en gestion de projet IT/industriel, avec idéalement une expérience sur des solutions MES/MOM. Compétences techniques et fonctionnelles : Connaissance des environnements industriels (MES, ERP, IT industriel). Bonne compréhension des processus de production et de logistique. Capacité à analyser des problèmes techniques et fonctionnels. Connaissance des méthodes de gestion de projet. Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise de l’anglais obligatoire (projets internationaux). Une autre langue serait un plus. Qualités personnelles : Leadership et capacité de coordination. Esprit d’équipe et communication claire. Organisation, rigueur et orientation résultats.
