MES/MOM (Manufacturing Execution Systems/Manufacturing Operations Management) : Supervision en temps réel des opérations industrielles. Planification et Ordonnancement : Gestion proactive des ressources et des plannings. Connectivité industrielle : Intégration des machines et des systèmes pour une communication fluide. En tant que référent unique en interne et chez nos clients, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique dans l’intégration de notre solution, la mise en œuvre de nouvelles architectures techniques et le déploiement de solutions en contexte multi-site. Profil Installation et configuration Déployer notre solution sur des infrastructures locales, hybrides ou cloud Configurer les serveurs, bases de données et middleware en assurant leur performance et leur sécurité Administrer nos propres serveurs et garantir leur bon fonctionnement Automatisation et standardisation Développer et maintenir des processus d’installation standardisés et automatisés Mettre en place des outils d’intégration continue et d’industrialisation des déploiements Participer à la définition des standards pour harmoniser les infrastructures Capitalisation et amélioration continue Documenter les retours d’expérience et enrichir les référentiels internes Mettre à jour les standards en fonction des évolutions technologiques et des retours des équipes projet Assurer la communication des nouveautés techniques auprès des équipes internes Architecture et conseil technique Participer aux études d’architecture et aux dimensionnements des infrastructures Proposer des solutions d’optimisation adaptées aux besoins clients Accompagner les équipes Build dans l’installation des infrastructures chez les clients Soutenir les équipes Run et Support pour assurer la maintenance et le bon fonctionnement des systèmes Intégration industrielle et interopérabilité Installer et configurer les serveurs OPC pour assurer la communication entre notre solution et les systèmes industriels (PLC, MES, ERP, SCADA, etc.) Garantir une intégration fluide avec les infrastructures existantes des clients Maintenance et support Assurer la maintenance des infrastructures avec des mises à jour et correctifs réguliers Fournir un support technique en cas d’incidents critiques Effectuer une veille proactive sur les patchs de sécurité de Dassault Systèmes Veille technologique et innovation Suivre les évolutions technologiques IT et industrielles Explorer et tester de nouvelles solutions pour maintenir une avance technologique Profil recherché Formation & Expérience Diplôme en Informatique, Systèmes Industriels ou équivalent Expérience dans le déploiement de solutions industrielles, idéalement DELMIA Apriso Compétences techniques Maîtrise des infrastructures Windows Server, Linux, SQL Server, Oracle, Réseaux Connaissance des outils d’automatisation (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform…) Compréhension des protocoles industriels (OPC UA, OPC DA) Qualités personnelles Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle Esprit d’analyse et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes Excellentes compétences relationnelles pour échanger avec les clients et équipes internes osture de référent technique dans l’organisation Langues Anglais technique indispensable pour collaborer avec des clients internationaux Un poste terrain avec interventions sur site Informations contractuelles Mutuelle prise en charge à 60% Carte Swile avec tickets restaurant à 10€80/jour 2 jours de télétravail/semaine Prime vacances Congés ancienneté CSE Intéressement/participation
