Job Description

  • Student Engagement: Engage, mentor and support students with social-emotional and behavioural needs.
  • A.S.P.I.R.E Room Management: Manage room operations, supervise students and maintain cleanliness and equipment.
  • Programme Activities: Plan and conduct after-school activities, including sports, arts, character development and leadership programmes.
  • Resource Management: Maintain inventory, conduct stock checks and prepare activity materials.
  • Reporting: Prepare student progress, monthly activity, termly evaluation, inventory and incident reports.

Requirements

  • Must be registered with the Ministry of Education(MOE).
  • Diploma in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology,Education or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience working with children.
  • Experience in MOE programmes or school-based interventions preferred.
  • Familiarity with local community resources and referral pathways preferred.
