Como Analista de Selección BILINGÜE tendrás la oportunidad de ser una pieza clave en el crecimiento de EADIC, gestionando el reclutamiento y selección del mejor talento para nuestra empresa. Serás un embajador de nuestra cultura organizacional y trabajarás de cerca con los diferentes equipos para asegurar que formemos los mejores equipos de trabajo.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

Publicar ofertas de empleo en diversas plataformas.

Realizar entrevistas iniciales y evaluaciones de candidatos.

Coordinar entrevistas en inglés y español, asegurando que cada conversación sea fluida y profesional.

Colaborar estrechamente con los gerentes de área para entender sus necesidades y darles el soporte que necesitan.

Mantener y actualizar nuestra base de datos de candidatos de manera eficiente.

¿QUÉ NECESITAS?

Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en reclutamiento y selección de personal BILINGÜE ( INDISPENSABLE) .

Dominio del inglés y español, tanto hablado como escrito, es indispensable.

Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y empatía.

Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de talento , software y plataformas de reclutamiento.
