EADIC es una institución pionera en la formación de posgrado y continuidad para ingenieros/as y arquitectos/as a nivel mundial. Nos especializamos en el desarrollo e impartición de másteres, cursos y diplomados en ingeniería y arquitectura, destacándonos por nuestro enfoque en la innovación y calidad educativa.

Actualmente, buscamos para nuestro equipo de trabajo unun KAM (Gestor de Cuentas) altamente capacitado, con experiencia comprobada en la gestión de relaciones comerciales y desarrollo de negocios, que nos ayude a expandir nuestra red de clientes y maximizar oportunidades en el sector.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Prospección de nuevas empresas y oportunidades de negocio en el sector AEC.
  • Identificación y localización de perfiles decisores en empresas objetivo.
  • Desarrollo y ejecución de una estrategia de venta consultiva.
  • Análisis de requerimientos y preparación de ofertas comerciales detalladas.
  • Definición y optimización de requisitos para licitaciones y ofertas.
  • Gestión integral de reuniones con clientes: desde la apertura de contactos, presentación de servicios hasta la negociación final de la oferta.
  • Seguimiento de leads provenientes de campañas internas de marketing digital.
  • Fomento de ventas cruzadas y nuevos servicios a empresas ya existentes.
  • Colaboración estrecha con los equipos de marketing para la preparación de campañas y definición de objetivos target.
  • Apertura de alianzas estratégicas y colaboraciones con otras empresas para la participación conjunta en contratos.
  • Posible formación y mentoría de perfiles más junior en puestos similares.
  • Gestión y conocimiento de licitaciones públicas

Requisitos:

  • Residencia en Bogotá.
  • Formación universitaria en áreas relacionadas con Ingeniería, Arquitectura, Administración de Empresas o similares.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en el sector AEC en España.
  • Conocimiento profundo de procesos de licitación pública.
  • Alta capacidad para identificar y conectar con decisores dentro de empresas target.
  • Experiencia en venta consultiva y análisis de requerimientos técnicos y comerciales.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociación, con un enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros departamentos (especialmente Marketing y Operaciones).
  • Habilidad para generar y gestionar alianzas estratégicas.
  • Experiencia en la formación y desarrollo de equipos junior será valorada positivamente.
  • Dominio de herramientas de gestión comercial (CRM) y paquete Office.
