Perfil Profesional

  • Título universitario en Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil o disciplinas afines.
  • Deseable especialización o certificación en Metodología BIM (Building Information Modeling).
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 4 años en redacción de ofertas técnicas y gestión de procesos de licitación, preferiblemente en proyectos relacionados con BIM.
  • Conocimiento de la Metodología BIM y manejo básico de software como Revit.
  • Dominio avanzado de inglés (lectura, redacción y capacidad de negociación).

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Conocimientos básicos en modelado BIM y uso de Revit.
  • Alto dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) y herramientas de colaboración en línea como Google Drive.
  • Habilidad para interpretar términos de referencia (TDR), pliegos de condiciones y documentos contractuales.
  • Capacidad para estructurar propuestas técnicas de manera clara, competitiva y alineada con los requisitos del cliente.
  • Experiencia en análisis y organización de la documentación necesaria para procesos de licitación.

Funciones Principales

  • Redacción y estructuración de propuestas técnicas para procesos de licitación pública y privada, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos.
  • Coordinación con equipos técnicos y administrativos para recolectar la información necesaria para las ofertas.
  • Elaboración de documentación administrativa y técnica en línea con los estándares exigidos por las entidades contratantes.
  • Investigación y análisis de oportunidades de licitación en plataformas y portales correspondientes.
  • Apoyo en la gestión documental y control de calidad de los entregables relacionados con las licitaciones.

Habilidades Blandas

  • Excelentes capacidades de redacción técnica y comunicación efectiva.
  • Organización, atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Trabajo en equipo y colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Proactividad y habilidades para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir plazos ajustados.

Idiomas

  • Dominio avanzado de inglés (lectura, redacción y negociación obligatoria).
  • Español nativo o nivel avanzado.

Otros Requisitos

  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de Colombia si el proyecto lo requiere.
  • Experiencia previa trabajando con entidades públicas o proyectos de infraestructura será valorada
